So BIG

AILA 5 Months

I find myself looking back at photo's of our lil'baboose! She is getting so big and becoming such a talker. Baby talker that is, she talks and makes funny noises. We just laugh and enjoy this little person that we created. She's really starting to look a lot like her daddy. I see so much of Todd in their identical ears, lips, and head...hehe SO cute! Aila loves to explore even more now..she'll be eating and she will pull back and start looking around talking and making noises. I notice she'll pull back and just stare back at me...I imagine she is thinking, gosh I love this lady that takes care of me :)

This Is The Song That Never Ends

This is our sleepy lovie dovie with her Lamb Chop that Gammy McGregor got for her. Remember Lamb Chop!? I sure do haha...Hush puppy, charlie horse and the song that NEVER ends! Good times. Well as you can see our lovie is getting so big and It's starting to make me a bit sad. I Love how she is a beautiful healthy growing babe, but just looking back 5 months ago when she popped into our world and changed our lives forever, It makes me a bit sad how she is getting big and soon won't be our baby anymore. O.K maybe I'm getting a little ahead of myself!

 Two Thousand & Twelve 

So far it has been a good good start to a new year!

 Every chance I get I love to get family pictures of us and to show how Aila has been growing up so fast! She is just the cutest babe ever. She is getting more voicey and starting to laugh more and more. I recently found her weakness...hehe and she giggles sooo adorable! Oh gosh what would we do without her, we just drool over her and smother her with lots and lots of kisses! Today we went to my Nephew Cash's birthday party, it was a Monter Truck party for his 4th birthday. It was a great day, got to spend time with some family and just hangout :)

Aila

Our sweet cakes is getting so big, so big that she hates her bumbo chair haha. Ok maybe she doesn't hate it, but she sure hates it in this Adorable picture! We just love her so much, we are so thankful and blessed to have her in our lives. I just can't believe she is getting so big, today she had a doctor appt. She got her shots and was such a trooper again, she is such a strong babe. Weighs 1lbs 3.5oz and is so healthy and

Just look at this cuteness...I cannot express the feeling of having the cutest baby ever! Hehe Im aloud to say that because I am her mommy, her very Lucky mommy.

Day of Christmas

Christmas day was really nice, we spent the night at my parents house and woke up with almost all my siblings their. Had a yummy breakfast and later opened presents and visited. My grandma and grandpa McGregor came out that morning so that was nice to see them. Aila got so much from both sides, I knew she was going to get spoiled this year...it being her first christmas and all. 

We are very blessed and thankful for our family and all that they do for us. Christmas time to me has nothing to do with the presents...Obviously, but what I mean is Im just happy that it is about family time and just the spirit of Christmas! I'm old enough now to appreciate what it really means and the true meaning of that day. It was a great day and we are very thankful for all the lovely gifts from everyone. Dinner was yummy, yet again like Thanksgiving I did not go for seconds...having a baby limits you to seconds haha. Within 2 hours I was starving again! :)

Every year is just great times and great memories!

The Mission Inn

The day before Christmas Eve we went to The Mission Inn with my side of the family and it was a lot of fun. I have never been to the Mission Inn at this time of the year to see the lights and drink hot chocolate and just visit with one another. We walked around and saw real Reindeer and some yummy homemade donuts, and took a wagon ride around the Mission to see the lights and decor. It was a great festive night. Aila slept the whole night and was such a trooper being outside where it was a bit chilly.

Christmas: Take One

Christmas eve we went to dinner with Todd's family and went to the movies and saw We Bought a Zoo. And later went back to my Parents house where my sister's and Brother's were staying for Christmas. Shea and her husband Dustin and my brother Garrett and his wife came out from Utah to be with us Californian's! It was awesome because Christmas day we got to talk to my younger brother that is on a mission in Uganda, Kampala Mission South Africa Mission! Too Cool!! Anyways he is doing so well and loving it of course. He sounds so good! We miss him a lot, but I know he is going to be such a good missionary and help other's out there that are truly looking for the Gospel. I admire him and his courage to get out there and do the Lords work and have the experience of a life time!

Santy Clause

Aila meet Santa yesturday AND she turned 4 months old! She didn't even cry -hehe. Im sure next year she won't be so calm and relaxed. Im sure she will scream and cry for me...reaching out like I'm leaving her for good. I think it's a bit torcher and at the same time a little funny when children scream and cry when they meet Santa. My sister and I took our little ones to go see Santa at the Pro Bass Shop(Disneyland for men). They were doing them for free! It was so awesome, but took us forever to finally get to the front of the line. You could only imagine how crazy it was. I was sort of surprised that I even agreed to go. It's a little insane and sort of silly how people get all Crazed about having their child meet a FAKE santa...a STRANGER man in a costume! Haha...BUT we all do it. Anyways I can't believe Aila is 4 months old, the time goes by so fast. Everyday she is doing something new. Her new thing is being more voice stress and at the beginning stages of laughing...well ok she only giggled for me once so far, but it's only a matter of time :) Yays!

Utah

We decided to cruise on up to Utah for a mini vay-cay. 

Todd mainly worked and helped his aunt with projects around her house. They did a great job putting in tile and wood floors. I just hung out and got to visit with my brother Garrett, Jenna, my sister Shealeen and Dustin. It was pretty cold and finally it snowed. But by the time we got outside the snow was gone, Plus having a small baby isn't the best thing to do. It was a good trip, but we are so happy to be Home Sweet Home!

Aila is just the cutest and so fun to dress up. She's still pretty tiny and can still somewhat fit into newborn/0-3 month clothes haha, so variety is slim for now, but we went to a family reunion christmas bash on Todd's side of the family and Aila was so festive :)

Flying Bye

Well once again the Holiday's are FLYING BY, but we still have Christmas. Which is personally one of my favorite holidays of course. We took our Christmas Pictures last weekend at yorba linda park which has really neat spots to shoot! Anyways So we got some cute shots of us and I did a photo shoot for our good friends The Glenn's as well. They came out really cute! I snagged a cute photo idea off of Pinterest for Christmas that I wanted to try and I think it came out pretty cute and festive! Our Baby girl is growing so fast and she is getting so big. We love her so much, she is just too much fun! She is 3 months and 2 weeks old and is just our adorable dainty love bug! She smiles so much and I know any day now she is just going to start laughing a little bit and we cannot wait for that to happen.
