Guess who is moble!! Today Aila crawled for the first time!

So exciting!!

Time to start really baby proofing our place now :o/

This soon to be 9 month old is no gullible lady, she knows what she wants and what we have to do to give it to her! BIG SUPRISE she loves my phone! Not always the cleanest thing for a baby to play with, but she will crawl for us just to get it. I try and call out.."Come here Aila" but she just scoots back and whines haha. Handy dandy phone goes right where she can see it and she's off...Pfhhh! Whatever! It's so funny to me that she will be 9 months in two days and today she crawled for the first time, but she has not 1 tooth!? I swear she has been teething forever it seems like, Watch she gets her first tooth without me even noticing, because Ive been anticipating for so long haha.

Shots-n-Giggles

So last weekend we headed up to The Walker Ranch to visit with Todd's parents and hangout, eat and enjoy each other's company! Always so relaxing and fun. Whats nice about The Walker Ranch is...you can pretty much shoot anywhere you'd like to. So we did, and it was fun. Who says girls can't shoot while looking Oh So Fashionable! hehe(I am dressed up because later that day we were going out to dinner and a movie)

Tripod Test

Today I whipped out my tripod that I got for christmas from Todd's uncle Tim, So sweet of him! I was wanting/needing one badly. I don't have much experience with using a tripod and it's not as easy as I thought it would be. I even did a Fashionista photo session with me, myself and I! I like the idea of different, vintage photo sessions cause I think their fun and well I get bored with just Aila to practice on to be my model :) Most of the photo's came out blurry, but I got a few that were fun. I'll post em soon. I did get me and Aila together, and although their a little blurry...
I still LOve em! ❤

Jus a lil Update

I did a few changes to my photography website. There were things about it I didn't care for and the girl that I bought it from installed it for me. She was sweet and I even asked her if there was a way I could make some changes to it in the near future, like for an example the header...I didn't like the font or really the header to be honest. It was cute, but I was already over it and wanting something a bit more different. She told me no, there was nothing to be done. But I was determined to figure it out and make it work. It's like my mother hiding the junk food somewhere she thought was clever and that I would never find it..BAH I always found it :)I can be quite the computer geek when I set my mind to it. I also made some buttons if look to your right, you can grab one if you would like to sport my photography on your blog/website. Long good day

Our day started at around 11ish when we arrived at my nephews 2nd birthday party. Which was super cute, the theme was Thomas the train! The cupcakes were adorable and I had to take a picture of them, plus they were very scrumptious. My sister hired a cute train to chug around the kiddo's for the party..such a cute idea and it kept them busy! I'm all about themed parties, with any kind of party. I get down and dirty with creative ways to make it different and decorative! Thats why now having met Pinterest, the possibilities are endless. I cannot wait to throw Aila's 1st birthday!

After the party we were headed to my best friend Ashley's baby shower, she is having a boy and the decor was SO CUTE! Loved it! Elephants are just the cutest! It was so fun and the food was really good too. It was such a long day, but a good long day. Aila is one pooped out babe!

Junk to Jewels

I don't really remember what made me get the idea of turning Junk into something useful and awesome!?...Cough...Cough pinterest Cough...Cough! I have always been the creative little one, but lets face it, Pinterest rocks! Anyways...SO here we have an empty UTZ Pub Mix container that looks rather nifty with the lid and all. I was Inspired to keep it and use it for Aila's headbands and hair accessories! The coolest thing since Aila slept in her own bed! Ha...well I think it's cool and it looks cute too! The headbands fit on their perfectly and all her adorb accessories go inside! OH MEE GEE! Haha. I have been searching for something I could use for all her headbands...Yay for Junk!

8 months

Here are some natural shots I took of our 8 month old. I know what your thinking, She is just the cutest! Haha Oh this I know :) 

She is just the cutest and sweetest. 

Aila loves her binky and LOVES to sleep on her stomach. I have to constantly keep turning her over through the night, but she finds her way back on her tum tum of course. We are still awaiting her first tooth, I would say any day now...but I thought that about 2 months ago and they have yet to arrive...sooo we will just have to wait a little longer I guess!

Well as of last night Aila slept in her own bed! YAY-well I know for a fact Todd means YAY, I on the other hand am very proud and happy to sleep on my back/stomach again, BUT I LOVE sleeping with my baboot! Yes like any other mama I have weird names for her! 

I won't name them all...because their just too complex haha!

Anywho SO she slept all night and didn't wake up once till almost 9:00 a.m! Heck ya! I won't mention that I put her down around 11 and she tossed and turned, but eventually fell asleep while I just layed awake starring at her cute self snoozing away. She is so well behaved too when we go anywhere and of course still's the spotlight :)

Easter Sunday

Aila got her first mini Easter basket from mommy and da da... And of course we had to do the traditional easter egg hunt with the little ones. Aila-Ryder-Cash. Next year will be even more fun when Aila knows what the heck is going on haha.

The Walker Ranch

This past weekend we went to The Walker Ranch aka Todd's parent's house. It was a very relaxing & peaceful weekend with family. Got some cute shots of the moments that occured while we were there.
